When will I receive my purchase?
Immediately after payment. Check your email (and spam folder) for the download links. If you do not receive it within 5 minutes, email us at cb@crystalbaysamui.com.
How do I request a refund?
Email us at cb@crystalbaysamui.com with your purchase email address. We will process your refund within 5 to 10 business days. No questions asked within 30 days of purchase.
Can I upgrade from one program to another?
Yes. Email us and we will send you a custom upgrade link. You will only pay the difference between what you already own and the program you want.
Do you offer private coaching?

Can I share my purchase with someone else?
Our programs are for personal use only. If you want to gift a program to someone, email us and we can arrange a gift purchase.
